On behalf of our Client, an international provider of construction technologies, GRS are seeking to recruit an Account Executive in Nicosia. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new businesses to help them grow and develop using construction technologies. Additionally, will be responsible for managing a pipeline of customers working towards an aggressive sales quota.   • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a prospect to closing a deal
  • Perform web-based and in-person training and demonstrations. Deliver an outstanding sales experience to all SEKTOR’s prospects within EMEA
  • Actively manage daily responsibilities to grow existing and new accounts such as cold calls, discovery meetings, sales presentations, demos, and proposals
  • Establish strong relationships with strategic contacts within EMEA to retain and grow existing revenue and identify, propose, and close new opportunities
  • Responsible for collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders to maximize the long-term success of these newly acquired customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our customers by providing insights and recommendations to help them choose a digital solution that is more suitable to their needs. Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects to accurately forecast and hit sales goals
  • Find creative ways to acquire new business and develop new and existing customers
  • Grow into an expert in the construction technology market and know the competitive landscape inside out
  • At least years of Sales experience in Construction / Real Estate sector (quota-carrying and consistently exceeding targets)
  • Experience in construction, specifically construction technology sales will be considered as a main advantage
  • A knack for working well with a wide range of people (external and internal); a natural relationship builder
  • Ability to build clear, concise presentations
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans
  • Metrics-driven mindset
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages
