MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES 
  • Proactively contact and convert qualified leads into funded accounts.
  • Conduct consultative calls to understand prospective clients’ trading experience, goals, and needs.
  • Educate potential clients on Forex trading, our platform features, and value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Follow up on client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the retention and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Stay up to date with financial market trends and developments to better engage clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to conversion, funding, and activation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex, CFD, or financial trading industry.
  • Proven track record in lead conversion and sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5) and financial instruments.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Experience with international client acquisition in regulated Forex environments.
  • A fair understanding of KYC/AML procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of affiliate/referral-based lead generation models.
