Our client are well-established performance marketing company with nearly 20 years of global experience, known for driving scalable and data-driven digital growth for their partners. We’re seeking a results-oriented and experienced Account Manager to join our Limassol team. This role is based in their local office under local management, while working closely with senior leadership across our international teams. You’ll benefit from local autonomy paired with global insight and mentorship. In this hybrid role, you’ll work with a diverse portfolio of affiliates, content creators, and advertisers, managing partnerships, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue growth. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone passionate about performance marketing and building long-term, value-driven relationships.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Partner & Creator Management
  • Build and manage strong relationships with affiliates and content creators.
  • Provide strategic support around monetization, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with analytics, funnel optimization, and creative assets.
  • Troubleshoot partner issues and identify growth opportunities.
Client/Advertiser Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned advertisers.
  • Match advertiser objectives with appropriate traffic sources and marketing strategies.
  • Lead onboarding, campaign setup, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Performance marketing
    • Affiliate or content creator/influencer management
    • Digital advertising or client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of performance models (CPA, CPL, revenue share, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with a focus on performance and results
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
