A key Account Manager role within the Account Management function has arisen at our highly successful client. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, supporting them to derive the greatest benefits from their products and services, while ensuring their needs and expectations are exceeded. The role collaborates with different departments in the Company to ensure utmost client satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a primary point of contact for clients and handle more complex queries and complex account set-ups.

Manage an existing portfolio of clients ranging from individuals to legal entities of a complex structure

Monitor the status and progress of client accounts, build strong relationships, and drive value for clients. Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling of products and services to existing clients

Address issues, queries, requests or instructions and interact with clients, Middle Office, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams, including banks and payment providers and any other financial institutions

Abide by clients’ and associates’ policies and procedures, including compliance policies and procedures

Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management functions to review and interpret sales performance data and metrics

Support and train team members on managing complex accounts, enhancing overall team capability and knowledge
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience as an Account Manager or VIP Manager within the Financial Services sector

Strong understanding of wealth management and financial products

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive approach with a high level of professionalism and integrity

Experience working in a client-facing role, ideally with high-net-worth clients
