DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with allocated B2B clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact, handling requests and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Support clients with data, insights, and marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate and execute joint campaigns, upsell new products, and manage client requirements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction while working towards targets and KPIs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1+ year of experience in Account Management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • EU citizenship.
