An international group of companies offering digital solutions for all affiliate marketing industries are working in partnership with GRS to recruit an Account Manager to join their team in Paphos. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in human resources with a high fluency in English; recent graduates with strong academics will also be considered. The growth plans of this company make this a great opportunity to join their Paphos based team as an Account Manager.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interview, engage and train individuals who will be providing services for their clients through their platform
Lead your teams. Communicate, collaborate, monitor, and assist your people.
Managing your time and daily tasks, as well as scheduling, analysing and evaluating the performance of the freelancers.
Add your contribution and value to the team. Work on side projects and ideas that will optimise and enhance the quality of the services the company offer to their clients. Help the company achieve the next level.
BA/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal & written). The knowledge of any other language would be considered a benefit.
Good knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
