An international group of companies offering digital solutions for all affiliate marketing industries are working in partnership with GRS to recruit an Account Manager to join their team in Paphos. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in human resources with a high fluency in English; recent graduates with strong academics will also be considered. The growth plans of this company make this a great opportunity to join their Paphos based team as an Account Manager.
  • Interview customer support candidates.
  • Provide training to customer support.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assistants and the Customer Support Team and provide assistance to them when needed.
  • Offer guidelines to the employees for the long-term growth and prosperity of the company.
  • Prepare documents for the management upon request.
  • Day to day online communication (either written or verbal) with freelancers around the world.
  • Prepare reports for the management when requested.
  • BA/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field.
  • Previous online marketing experience or work experience in any of the above fields will be considered as an advantage.
  • Prioritising tasks - project time management skills.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Experience with Excel functions & MS Office.
