An international group of companies focused on solutions offered by online payment processors, are working in partnership with GRS to recruit an Account Manager to join their team in Paphos. The successful candidate will be a graduate of Accounting or Business Administration, with strong MS Office skills. You will be working with a professional organisation within the online payments sector who assist their customers in identify the best solution for them. The growth plans of this company make this a great opportunity to join their Paphos based team as an Account Manager.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • In charge of first approach with potential customers and able to drive leads from initiation to close.
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage customer accounts including initial setup and provide ongoing support for inquiries and problems.
  • Liaising with all departments within our Group as well as Payment Gateway Providers in order to be able to offer the best possible solutions to our customers.
  • Monitoring and detecting any possible fraud.
  • Follow closely the industry news and trends.
  • To use computerised system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • BSc/MSc in Accounting / Business Administration / or any other relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to manage dynamic account portfolios.
  • Effectively managing external customers and successfully working with internal teams to implement projects.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Able to prioritise tasks, manage project time and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, well-organized and attentive to detail.
  • Extensive understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint functions.
