GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a new international Forex Company who are seeking a highly motivated Account Relationship Team Leader. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of Forex and CFD trading experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Able to lead and develop new sales team to target ASEAN markets
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients (HVC) and partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones.
  • Develop new leads and build sales pipeline
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set together with management
  • Act as the primary point of contact between HVC & partners and us
  • Handle HVC & partners relationships and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry, the respective market, and competitive analysis.
  • Understand the partner business's activities and HVC needs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 5+ years in a sales role in Forex/Financial Brokerage industry. Have ASEAN market experiences highly valued.
  • Have wide business network around Cyprus and EU preferrable
  • Have CYSEC Advanced and Previous employer reference preferrable
  • Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field would be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of financial items market: forex, CFD, and Commodities assets.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Generally motivated for Sales (Conversion and retaining) and highly energetic with a good willingness to reach and exceed targets, overachiever mentality.
  • Ability to use advanced English for different work & business purposes;  any other language being an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and CRM system development
  • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.
