Are you an ambitious accounting professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our client's growing team in Limassol and play a key role in supporting the financial operations across multiple companies within our Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience who is eager to develop their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
As part of our finance team, you’ll be involved in a variety of accounting activities that keep our business running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and reports
  • Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to ensure data integrity
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial forecasting processes
  • Handling day-to-day transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Supporting tax preparation and ensuring timely submissions
  • Assisting with audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries
  • Participating in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintaining well-organized financial records and documentation
  • Communicating with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing matters
  • Contributing to the improvement of accounting policies and procedures
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and finance-related tasks as needed
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • LCCI Higher in Accountancy with practical experience or a degree in Accountancy or IAT qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Very good command of the English language
