GRS is working with a well-established and growing accounting firm in Limassol who is seeking to recruit an Accountant to join its friendly and close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with at least 2 years of relevant experience who is looking to develop their career within a small, supportive firm and gain valuable exposure by working closely alongside an experienced founder. The successful candidate will support a portfolio of clients and be involved in a range of day-to-day accounting activities, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as their experience develops.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining accurate accounting records and bookkeeping

Preparing accounts and financial reports
-
Assisting with VAT and tax-related matters

Audit preparation
-
Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures

Liaising with clients and supporting their day-to-day accounting requirements

Ensuring accounting records are maintained accurately and in line with relevant requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
2+ years of relevant accounting experience
-
Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
-
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Fluency in English and Greek
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€20,400 – €27,600 Gross Per Annum

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.

Monday–Friday working hours, 08:00–16:00
