On behalf of our client, a reputable Audit firm, GRS are seeking to recruit an Accountant to join their continuously expanding team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an Accountant and will be involved in recording accounting transactions in the accounting software and maintaining the records. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Record of accounting transactions in the accounting software

Maintain proper books and records
-
Performing debtors, creditors, bank and other accounting related reconciliations

Reviewing and completing the VAT forms and handle of VAT issues
-
Preparing the accounting record for audit
-
Completion and submission of various VAT forms in relation to VAT registration, deregistration and application for VAT refund

Submitting VIES forms
-
Producing accounting related reports on a monthly basis

Any other required duties
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least three years of relevant experience
-
Knowledge of Intelisoft Accounting Software will be considered as an advantage

Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both written and spoken
-
Excellent knowledge of MS office suite (Word and Excel)
-
Experience of accounting related software
-
Strong analytical, communication and technical skills
-
Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
