MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily update of freights outstanding’s list

Daily check and analysis of incoming cost invoices
-
Issue invoices on client D/NS, C/NS, and issue rectification letter invoices
-
Issue journal vouchers
-
Handle all accounting operating entries
-
Conduct several auditing activities: freight audit & job audit
-
Prepare Inward and Outward Commission
-
Prepare Budget VS Performance Reports
-
Handle Invoicing for all agencies
-
Bank reconciliation
-
Follow up with customer’s due balances (aging Report)
-
Insert J/V’s – R/V’s – P/V’s to system audit supplier’s invoices
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Holder of LCCI Higher and / or a degree in accounting
-
At least 4 years of working experience in similar position
-
Russian language will be considered as an advantage
-
Fluent in English and Greek languages
-
Hands-on experience with MS Excel
-
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
-
Strong analytical and organisational skills
