An Administration Consultancy company led by experienced industry professionals are working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an Accountant to join their Larnaca based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with clients based internationally supporting them in all administrative matters related to accounting. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support 20-30 international clients monthly doing internal audit, control of vouchers, control of reconciliation and control of updated cash flow, distantly.
  • Support the yearly audit timely for international clients.
  • Always keeping digital archive up to date
  • Co-operate smoothly with the rest of the team in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings regarding discussion of plans and other work-related matters, etc.
  • Communicate weekly/monthly in a professional manner with clients. 
  • Instruct clients via Team Viewer or Zoom or Skype on digital tasks and bookkeeping.
  • Keeping management informed and producing good overviews of the developments for each client in order to decide on pursuing the best way forward and solution.
  • Carry out tasks regarding invoicing, payments, payroll, HR, VAT, accounting, and preparation for audit of the Cyprus company itself from A-Z.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or in any other related field
  • Previous work experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Greek, Portuguese, or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
  • IT literate. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe, Publisher.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Have a strong work ethic and integrity of character.
  • Possess strong soft skills, i.e. be empathetic.
COMPANY BENEFITS
  • Attractive remuneration based on skills and experience.
  • Working hours are Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 (30’ lunch break) and Fridays 08:00-14:00.
