MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Report directly to the Managing Director, providing timely and accurate financial reports.

Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting operations.

Prepare monthly Management Accounts and profitability reports.

Develop and manage cash flow budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor and report on the financial progress of ongoing construction projects.

Ensure timely submission of VAT forms and compliance with all tax regulations.

Collaborate closely with other accounting and financial professionals within the Group.

Perform any additional accounting and financial duties as required by management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-
ACCA or equivalent qualification will be considered an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar senior accounting role.

Previous experience in a property development or construction company preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
-
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
-
High level of professional ethics, reliability, and confidentiality.
-
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Cycom accounting software will be an advantage.
