MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Entering crew travel expenses in CAPE and managing related crew credits and debits.

Preparing final wages to be sent onboard.

Managing crew payments and verifying slopchest and cash accounts.

Providing the accounts department with monthly crew wage expenses, along with relevant memos.

Coordinating with crewing agents regarding balances for wages, leave, and retirement fund payments.

Reconciling crew allotments for PHI (Personal Health Insurance).

Assisting with special tasks and projects as assigned by the Accounts & Administration Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Strong accounting knowledge, ideally with a higher or intermediate level in accounting/bookkeeping; an LCCI qualification is preferred.

Solid experience with the Adonis payroll system is highly advantageous.

Previous experience in financial reporting and payment execution roles.

Proven ability to execute payments accurately while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Familiarity with accounting software and tools to manage financial transactions effectively.

Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance in financial activities.

Strong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
