The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with clients based internationally supporting them in all administrative matters related to accounting. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support individual international clients regarding personal financial and administrative matters

Communicate with and support these clients taking care of their banking relationships with e.g. regular update of due diligence, documentation in regard to transfers, follow up on all matters until finalized, etc.

Deal with the accounting, reviewing and administrative support of approximately 10 small international companies.

Keeping digital archives up to date at all times

Co-operate smoothly with the rest of the Team – through daily, weekly and monthly meetings, discussion of plans etc.

Communicate weekly/monthly in a professional manner with people in developing countries regarding administration of each of the app 10 small companies.

Keeping management informed, producing good overviews of the developments for each client in order to decide pursuing the best way forward when issues

Being able to do all tasks regarding invoicing, payments, payroll, VAT, accounting and preparation for audit of the Cyprus company.

Perform any other ad hoc task, as required from the management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or in any other relevant field

Previous working experience in a similar position, within an international and multicultural environment.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good command of Microsoft Officer (Excel, Word), Publisher, and Adobe.

Knowledge of QuickBooks will be considered an advantage.

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 with 30’ lunch break and Fridays 08:00-14:00.
