A reputable and growing hospitality firm that specialise in high end restaurant and bar services are working with GRS to recruit an Accounting Assistant to be based in Limassol. The successful candidate will ideally be educated in accounting and have 2 to 3 years previous accounting experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Income Audit on a daily basis, cost control, month end stock count

Bookkeeping of banks and bank reconciliation
-
Maintain and update accounts payable and expenses control
-
Communication with suppliers
-
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.

Handling accruals and pre-payments on invoices issued and received
-
Managing day to day transactions
-
Any other task that might be requested by management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
-
Knowledge of Intelisoft software program is an advantage.

Very good knowledge of MS Office programs.

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an accountant is a Must
-
Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken) is a must.

Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Communication and teamwork skills.

Self – motivated, energetic with the ability to work under pressure.
