GRS are working closely with one of the top online trading companies. Committed to create the best and most transparent trading experience for retail and institutional clients alike, our Client offers cutting edge trading platforms, low latency connectivity and superior liquidity. For their team in Limassol, they are currently seeking to recruit an Accounts and Back Office Representative. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience within the forex industry and flexibility to work on a rotational shift pattern. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants stability and development. 
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Carrying out KYC and AML checks on client’s applications both manually and against the external verification tools, subsequent client onboarding ensuring it is carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines. 
  • Monitoring of client transactions, closely collaborating with relevant internal departments particularly with the technical and compliance team and external payment providers. 
  • Daily team’s task execution record keeping, reporting and a number of ad hoc relevant tasks. 
  • Respond to customer queries and provide accurate and transparent resolution in timely manner.      
  • Gather feedback from clients and relay this to the appropriate departments for potential product or service improvements including provision of possible resolutions contributing to continuous improvement. 
  • Closely working and reporting to supervisor. 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and verbal. 
  • 1+ year experience in Back Office or similar customer servicing role in a regulated financial services company will be considered an advantage. 
  • College or university degree. 
  • Organized, diligent and detail oriented. 
  • Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Professionalism, work ethic, Self-motivation and a Team player. 
  • Positive can-do attitude. 
  • Flexibility in rotating shifts Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm & 4:00pm to 12:00 (midnight)
