A leading Accounting & Corporate Service Provider is searching for an Accounts & Corporate Administrator to join their team in Malta. This is a varied role and would suit a recent Financial Services Graduate as you will be trained to undertake Accounting and Corporate Administrative duties. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Basic book-keeping skills for data entry and VAT reporting
  • Issuing of annual returns
  • Liaise with various departments such as MBR , MFSA , banks and Inland Revenue
  • Be responsible for secretariat work and assistance to the person responsible for corporate services
      • Data entry of clients KYC in the database
      • Liaising with clients for KYC
      • Updating of information and organization of clients files
      • Data collection for bank account opening
      • After training, completing company incorporations
