A cruise shipping company with offices in central Malta is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their finance team. You will be responsible for general office administration and processing of day-to-day accounting entries. The ideal candidate will ideally have an O Level in Accounts and experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing invoices in accounting system

Preparing and processing payments to suppliers

Posting of bank entries and bank reconciliations

Maintaining the office petty cash

Filing documents relating to Finance

Booking and handling of couriers and mail

Ordering stationery and all other office supplies

Payroll and HR assistance

Assisting with any other office and administration duties as may be required
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ability to co-operate with colleagues from various departments

Ability to work independently

Communication skills

Knowledge of MS Office software
-
Preferably ‘O’ level pass in Accounts
