A well-established Insurance firm is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their Finance team in Malta. This role is varied and gives a wide overview of accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have a minimum A Level of accounting. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of expenditure reports for management review.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Diploma or equivalent in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Minimum
  • A Level requirement in accounting.
  • Proven experience as a finance clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
