GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Accounts Clerk to join our client, a prominent Travel & Tourism company located in Malta. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the hospitality sector and looking to grow their accounting skills in a dynamic environment.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process invoices in the accounting system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and execute payments to suppliers in a timely manner
  • Communicate with vendors and perform vendor reconciliations
  • Manage incoming emails and address inquiries as required
  • Record bank entries in the accounting system
  • Support month-end activities, including reconciliations
  • Organize and maintain filing of financial documents
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
