GRS are working with an international Administration Consultancy based in Larnaca. Our Clients are looking to recruit an Accounts Consultant to work on a part-time basis. The company has a diverse range of international clients and are looking for candidates with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support customers in correct and timely monthly bookkeeping, reconciliation and documentation – and finalizing all accounting on a monthly basis
  • Support customers in keeping their digital archive up to date every month with agreed scanned documents from the bookkeeping, reconciliation and bank statements
  • Support customers in keeping their physical documentation and material from the bookkeeping in an orderly manner every month ready to deliver for audit
  • Support customers in yearly making a Projection for the coming year
  • Support customers in monthly updating their Status and Projection and support possible actions to be taken
  • Support customers in producing a quarterly updated Status and Projection for the Board Meeting
  • Support customers in a timely manner making a good plan and timing for audit
  • Support customers in preparing for the audit in a timely manner before agreed delivery to the auditor
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and excel
  • Fluency in English and Greek
