On behalf of our Client, a well-established and well-known Maintenance Group, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Administrator to be based in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle basic bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks

Process invoices, receipts, payments, and account transactions

Maintain accurate financial and account records

Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reports
-
Prepare and send account statements and related correspondence
-
Respond to account-related emails professionally and promptly
-
Assist with accounts receivable administration and follow up on pending account matters

Support the finance team with general administrative duties
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
-
Fluent written and spoken English and Greek
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable working with numbers and financial records
-
Good computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
-
Ability to work effectively within a team

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage

Optional: familiarity with accounting software
