An international group of educational institutes with offices in Cyprus are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer for their team in Limassol.   The successful candidate will have relevant experience, an excellent level of English, and be a great communicator with a can-do attitude.  If you want to join a successful and global company, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Accounts Receivable role.     
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure that we collect from customers (agents or direct students) on a timely manner and within their payment terms and manage aged debts in an effective way
  • Send timely and accurate statements to customers
  • Help the AR Manager producing cash inflow forecasting and set periodic collection targets for the department (i.e. weekly, monthly or annual)
  • Analyze historical data and trends to project future cash inflows accurately
  • Ensure that all the receipts are allocated timely and accurately (ideally up to previous day)
  • Allocate any aged transactions that are still due to be allocated
  • Ensure adherence to the organization's refund policies and procedures
  • Produce the month end invoices
  • Help with the deferred income reporting for each of our 10 schools
  • Build and maintain great working relationships with all departments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable Department will be considered an advantage
  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
  • QuickBooks Online working experience will be considered an advantage
  • Result oriented individual and strong team player
  • Able to work across international teams with different departments
  • Highly organized and able to manage a varied and demanding workload
  • Resilient with a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach to work
  • Outstanding organizational and presentation skills
