MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in conducting regular audits and reviews

Assist in designing and implementing actuarial models and algorithms to aid in capital risk management and actuarial valuations

Collect, organize, and analyze data to create accurate and reliable actuarial reports

Participate in actuarial research and development activities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Contribute to the development and enhancement of actuarial tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy

Assist in the coordination and execution of actuarial projects and initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate data
-
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing actuarial findings

Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance requirements

Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical and professional skills
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s, master’s degree or equivalent in any of the following disciplines: Actuarial Science, Mathematics and/or Statistics

Up to 3 years of relevant experience in the Life and Non-Life actuarial field.

Willingness to pursue actuarial credentials, such as the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) or the Society of Actuaries (SOA)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS is considered a plus
-
Proficiency in using actuarial software practices is considered a plus
-
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal

Knowledge of insurance industry, including relevant regulations and practices is considered a plus

Flexibility to frequently travel abroad

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
