MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General office management and organisation

Correspondence with suppliers (IT, cleaners, landlord, etc.)

Handling Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport)

Visiting the post office weekly
-
Answering the company main phone line
-
Create and maintain a variety of registers and databases
-
Physical and electronic filing
-
Meeting and greeting clients
-
Preparation of conference room for meetings
-
Assisting each department with:

Copying
-
Filing
-
Research
-
Day-to-day tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University or College degree
-
At least 2 years in a similar position
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
-
Computer literate, ability to work with new software packages
-
Fluency in English and Greek language. Additional knowledge of the German language will be considered an advantage.

Teamwork/communication skills
