GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly respected and well-established law firm with offices in Limassol, who are currently seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant / Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant office administration or secretarial experience and will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the office. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Limassol, offering a stable and professional working environment with long-term career prospects.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage telephone communications and email correspondence.

Provide daily administrative and secretarial support to the team.

Organise and maintain office files, records and documentation.

Schedule meetings, appointments and other office activities.

Prepare correspondence, documents, reports and other administrative materials.

Assist with the smooth day-to-day operation and organisation of the office.

Coordinate with colleagues, clients and external partners as required.

Handle general office administration and related tasks.

Provide support to the wider team with various administrative duties as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Higher education qualification from an IEK, TEI, University or equivalent institution.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an office administration or secretarial role.

Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Professional attitude with a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€18,200 - €20,000 Gross Per Annum.

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
