A long-established global company dealing with innovative home automations is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an Administrative Assistant for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The primary focus of this role will be on financial and clerical responsibilities, but the successful candidate will also provide general administrative support to the team when needed. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handling financial tasks, such as preparing cheques, cash payments, and invoices
  • Creating proformas for waybills and orders.
  • Preparing and submitting necessary forms to auditors.
  • Managing data platforms.
  • Managing email correspondence with clients and colleagues.
  • Registering and tracking Factory Orders.
  • Handling paperwork for international orders and certifications.
  • Supporting team members and maintaining office equipment and general upkeep.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Holder of University degree
  • At least 2 years of previous working experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Good communication skills
