Our client, a renowned Legal firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant to join their corporate department within the company. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role, high fluency in English and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform word-processing and work with spreadsheets
  • Handle e-mails and phone calls professionally
  • Handle mail and couriers and maintain manual and electronic records accordingly
  • Undertake filing, archiving, scanning, and photocopying
  • Perform general secretarial and office duties
  • Perform reception duties as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A good level of education
  • Able to communicate in written and spoken English (preferably Maltese too)
  • A smart personal appearance
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible
  • Possess clean police conduct certificate
  • Proficient in typing and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess good organisational and communication skills
  • Eager to learn and ready to work as part of a team
  • Flexible in terms of tasks to be carried out
  • Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
