On behalf of our client, a supply distributor based in Nicosia GRS are recruiting an Administrative Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the owner of the company directly and assisting with all office and administration duties, whilst working highly desired working hours. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support
  • Manage office stock
  • Organise company records
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Office organization and filing
  • Issuing invoices and Processing orders
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role is a must
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Experience with SoftOne ERP will be considered advantage
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality
  • Friendly and polite personality
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
