GRS are representing a team of qualified experts and regional representatives in key locations around the world who provide their clients with private wealth, core asset, and project direction management. For their offices in Limassol, they are now looking to recruit an Administrative/Office Manager fluent in Russian and English languages. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creates and maintains filing and document managing systems, carrying out regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and efficiency in accordance with the process defined by the company
  • Effectively provides professional administration support to the management of the company as necessary, such as assistance with translation and formatting of documents, booking and organizing internal and external meetings and travel arrangements
  • Handles and coordinates post, deliveries and couriers
  • Responsible for office management, such as purchasing of office supplies, stationery, groceries, office equipment maintenance and dealing with other ad-hoc requests
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a similar field
  • Prior experience with document management and filing systems and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, set priorities and provide results without direct supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills (English and Russian)
  • High levels of professionalism, with the ability to use absolute discretion, initiative, and personal judgement for dealing with the sensitive and confidential matters
  • IT skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
 
COMPANY BENEFITS
  • Allowance for private medical and discretionary bonus. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00
