Our client, a leading Employment Service Provider is looking for an Administrator to join their expanding team in Malta. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual starting out in their career. You will have the opportunity to be involved across several aspects of back office functions and learn from individuals at all levels. You will get exposure to both local Maltese and international accounting and payroll practices, therefore a candidate with previous international work experience would be ideal. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Raising sales invoices using Sage Evolution and related performing related administrative tasks for different group companies

Recording supplier invoices and bank transactions

Timesheet processing
-
Dealing with on-boarding and off-boarding paperwork for new employees

Administration related to adjustments of client’s payrolls
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong time management skills and the ability to work on several different tasks at one time
