GRS are working with a growing real estate development company in Larnaca and is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join their small, dynamic team. This full-time, on-site role offers excellent exposure to all aspects of the business and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
  • Managing phone calls, schedules, and appointments
  • Communicating with lawyers, banks, and external partners
  • Providing sales support
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Director on company projects
  • Maintaining professional communication across all departments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills
  • Previous experience in executive-level administrative support
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Basic accounting knowledge will be considered an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • A degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
