MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborating with affiliate and in-house marketing managers to define agreements and commission structures within the affiliate software.

Running daily and monthly reports using Excel, followed by an in-depth analysis of affiliate performance.

Managing affiliate balance calculations and conducting data reconciliation with the Finance department.

Keeping marketing costs current within PowerBI reports and dashboards.

Provide industry-specific financial insights and recommendations to optimize revenue and profitability.

Manage the affiliate payout process for forex affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Identify cost-saving opportunities specific to forex operations and implement strategies accordingly.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

1 -2 years of work experience in a similar role, within the forex industry or a similar field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an industry-specific focus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
