MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborating with affiliate and in-house marketing managers to define agreements and commission structures within the affiliate software.

Assisting with the affiliate balance calculations and reconciliation with the Finance department.

Keeping up with the marketing costs within PowerBI reports and dashboards.

Manage the affiliate payout process for affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Identify cost-saving opportunities specific to affiliate operations and implement strategies accordingly.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
2 years of previous experience in a similar position.

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

1 -2 years of work experience in a similar role, within the forex industry or a similar field is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an industry-specific focus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
