GRS Recruitment is working with a high-growth technology-driven organisation operating in the digital performance space, seeking to hire an Affiliate Manager to strengthen and scale its affiliate channel. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, data analytics, and relationship management. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the affiliate ecosystem, driving measurable growth through strategic partnerships, continuous optimisation, and close collaboration with internal product and marketing teams.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and scale the affiliate programme through recruitment, onboarding, activation, and optimisation of affiliates, influencers, and digital publishers.
  • Drive performance through structured testing, data analysis, and ROI-focused optimisation across campaigns and partner portfolios.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, managing communications, commercial discussions, and ongoing performance support.
  • Identify growth opportunities by monitoring performance data, market trends, and emerging affiliate tools and technologies.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, design, development, media buying, and content) to ensure affiliate activity aligns with platform capabilities and broader growth objectives.
  • Track, analyse, and report on affiliate performance using KPIs such as EPC, LTV, CR, and CTR, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Represent business at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, strengthening brand presence within the performance marketing ecosystem.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to data-driven environments or backgrounds in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Sciences, or HR will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong understanding performance metrics and the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
  • Confident working with reporting tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards to evaluate and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.
