On behalf of our client, a Forex Broker based in Limassol, GRS are recruiting an Affiliate Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in online marketing activities, tools, technologies. If you believe you have the required skills and experience, then this Affiliate Manager role would be a great opportunity to work in a company who believe in building long term relationships.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Optimize the business model of the affiliate program, by reviewing the current model, then conduct analytics and adjust it to suit the company’s needs
  • Convert affiliates and maintain direct contact with them, ensuring excellent service standards.
  • Manage the relationship with affiliate software providers
  • Working closely with the marketing department to implement marketing campaigns attracting new affiliates and improve retention
  • Attend conferences, expos and any other event centered around affiliates.
  • Review and monitor the performance of the Affiliates on a daily basis.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide guidelines to Affiliates to improve their monthly performance.
  • Suggesting and implementing initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, creating new growth opportunities and increasing ROI.
  • Researching and recruiting new affiliates
  • Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend
  • Oversee all affiliate campaigns ensure their integrity and that they meet our standards
  • Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in online marketing activities, tools, technologies etc. (SEO, ASO, PPC, Affiliate marketing, Social media management, media buying.
  • Basic understanding of KPI within the industry and ROI.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Basic sales and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in cryptocurrencies and financial technology is a strong plus
  • Deep understanding of affiliates and partner marketing channels
  • Ability to operate independently and to meet established deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to travel when needed to conference’s and team meetings
