On behalf of our Client, a leading provider of online foreign exchange and CFD trading, spread betting and related services, we are currently seeking to recruit an Affiliate Manager for their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will focus on the recruitment and growth of affiliate partners across key markets. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and recruit new affiliates

Maintain and optimize existing affiliate relationships

Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities

Search for traffic brokers and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program on our condition
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
English at a professional level (written and verbal). Other languages will be considered an advantage
-
A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
-
Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
-
Highly organized, strategic and execution focused, with ability to multi-task
-
Ability to operate independently and to meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
-
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
-
Able to take accountability and pride in quality of work

Creative thinker, with technological knowledge and deep business understanding

Ability to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners
-
Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit
