A profitable and well-established multi-service company specialized in the Ad-Tech industry, are working with GRS to recruit an Affiliate Manager to join their offices in Limassol. The successful candidate must have proven experience in an Affiliate Management role for at least 1 year. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit and onboard new affiliates

Work on the retention of the existing affiliates by supporting the and the partners thought the day

Participate in the Affiliate Program including strategy and approach, delivery, and performance measures of the program

Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement
-
Recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
-
Develop affiliate marketing strategies
-
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance affiliate program, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI
-
Monitor and assist with internal projects and collaborations affecting the affiliate department reporting and tools
-
Recruit new affiliate partners, onboard new partners
-
Manage affiliate partners and monitor incoming advertising from affiliate partners

Able to nurture and retain affiliate relationships
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or equivalent work experience is desired
-
A minimum of one year of experience in the affiliation industry
-
Experience working with financial data and budgets
-
Strong team working abilities
-
Speaks fluent English, Russian is an advantage

Able to think strategically; identify and resolve problems in a complex and fast paced environment

Collaborative attitude and team building skills

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must demonstrate strong technical understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Display Marketing
