MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and acquire new suitable affiliates and Partners to explore new traffic sources

Scale up company’s performance and footprint in new markets
-
Optimizing affiliate performance in order to improve conversions and ROI
-
Measuring and reporting on campaign results
-
Working directly with Sales and Retention teams to support their efforts
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Searching & Identifying new partners opportunities (keyword hunting, LinkedIn networking, Master Affiliates, Networking, etc.)
-
Negotiating for best deals with new incoming partners leads
-
Ongoing management, maintenance & service to existing partners accounts
-
Campaigns/deals optimization via ROI, performance, and potential risk checking
-
Increase active partners performance via customized incentives to maximize activity
-
Financial services/Forex experience is a must
-
Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role

Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
-
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Creative problem solver and team player

English is a must & another mother tongue language is a strong advantage
