The successful candidate should have great communication skills, self-motivator and able to work independently and as part of a team.   • Identify and acquire new suitable affiliates and Partners to explore new traffic sources
  • Scale up company’s performance and footprint in new markets
  • Optimizing affiliate performance in order to improve conversions and ROI
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign results
  • Working directly with Sales and Retention teams to support their efforts
  • Searching & Identifying new partners opportunities (keyword hunting, LinkedIn networking, Master Affiliates, Networking, etc.)
  • Negotiating for best deals with new incoming partners leads
  • Ongoing management, maintenance & service to existing partners accounts
  • Campaigns/deals optimization via ROI, performance, and potential risk checking
  • Increase active partners performance via customized incentives to maximize activity
  • Financial services/Forex experience is a must
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Creative problem solver and team player
  • English is a must & another mother tongue language is a strong advantage
