The successful candidate will have previous experience in online marketing activities, tools, technologies. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Affiliation sales results for all products

Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts and models

Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners

Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
-
Collaborate with the internal creative teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network

Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns
-
Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of Casino affiliate partners

Represent us at industry events and keep updated on industry trends
CANDIDATE PROFILE

1+ years of experience in affiliate sales

Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills

High comfort with data analysis and using data to inform decisions

Knowledge of affiliate and direct marketing best practices

Trustworthiness

Strong analytics and Excel skills

Fluency in English is a must
