A well-established international software-as-a-service and lead generation platform aimed at financial service consumer lenders, are working with GRS to recruit an Affiliate Manager for their newly established Larnaca office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years affiliate marketing experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful UK based business as they grow their EU operation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely within marketing to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new affiliates and campaigns to improve retention.

Optimise all aspects of the company’s affiliate program through established and new networks.

Manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment.

Manage, monitor and analyse affiliates on a daily basis to optimise affiliate activities and drive sales and program efficiencies.

Provide solutions and assistance to affiliates and motivate them to provide maximum exposure and revenues.

Monitor KPIs and suggest changes to ensure good performance.

Create awareness with new and existing partners.

Communicate with partners and build & develop relationships.

Keep an eye out on advertising and promotional opportunities.

Maintain and update affiliate / advertiser databases.

Conduct market research, for example using affiliate questionnaires and focus groups.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in affiliate management.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services
-
A high level of fluency in English.

Excellent marketing and promotional background.
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-
Well versed in digital marketing practices and networking.

Ability to understand and verbalise technical language involved in affiliate implementation.
