The successful candidate will be a customer centric professional who will be responsible for assisting with the administrative duties within the Service Department of the Company and ensure that the highest level of Customer Support is delivered and maintained. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting management with day-to-day tasks

Organizing After Sales documentation (Electronic and hard copy)

Liaising / Communicating with other departments within the company

Recording information in CRM company software
-
Supporting the implementation of SAP Business One After Sales module
-
Making sure the customer database is updated
-
Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business

Answering customer queries, dealing with complaints and record them in the CRM software
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Diploma in Office Management/Administration or in another relevant sector will be considered as an advantage

Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration

Knowledge of SAP Business One will be considered as an advantage

Fluent in Greek and English both verbal and written

Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and Outlook

Ability to multitask and excel under pressure

Strong Communication skills
