You will use your skills and talents in being responsible for assisting customer queries, resolving issues, and taking pride in being a part of the Company’s success. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English and, ideally, have experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers via e-mail, live chat, and telephone

Enjoy problem-solving

Manage customer accounts (passwords etc.)

Support the KYC department

Work together with your team to reach customer service-related targets
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic

Experience in a similar environment considered an asset

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work evening and night shifts.
