They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join their team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD

Develop and present 3D models and visualisations

Prepare and submit applications for planning and building permits

Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with planning regulations

Support the design and development of projects from concept through to execution
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Architecture
-
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in architecture
-
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
-
Strong 3D design skills
-
Knowledge of Revit will be considered an advantage

Fluency in Greek (essential), with good communication skills

Good understanding of Cyprus planning regulations and permitting procedures
