MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design coordination.

Preparation of technical details and construction drawings.

Preparation of BOQs using Revit schedules.
-
3D Clash detection.
-
Maintain and coordinate REVIT models to a high standard of accuracy and in accordance with BIM procedures.
-
Provide technical input into the planning and delivery of projects and ensure documents and design information achieves the desired outcome.

On-site construction progress supervision when/if necessary.
-
Report to the Design Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
-
3-5 years of experience.
-
Must understand the practice of architecture, project delivery, and modern construction methods.

Proficient with AutoCAD along with a good knowledge of Revit .

Experience liaising with other consultants to ensure building regulation compliance.

In depth construction knowledge and documentation preparation.
-
Have a great work ethic and collaborative teamwork skills.

Great time management and organisational skills.
-
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment with tight deadlines in periods.

Excellent problem solver and strong follow through.

Focused and proactive individual.
-
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
