MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow up on projects with contractors and subcontractors and provide them with needed details.

Engineer projects’ maps and technical issues before the execution process.

Perform audit visits to the stores and fix all kind of discrepancies.

Get offers and quotations from contractors and or suppliers and check the quality of recommended products.

Design shops upon Management’s request, drawings, architectural drawings 2D, and 3D, BOQ (Bill of quantities), mapping, bidding, and rendered perspectives on 3D max program.

Execute tasks internally.

Supervise the construction jobs from A to Z and give feedback and recommendations.

Maintain the company’s standards while the execution of each project.

Regularly reports project progress to senior management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Educated to Bachelor degree level or the equivalent in Architecture.
-
Extensive experience within a similar role is a must.
-
Previous experience with AutoCAD 2D, 3D and3D Max.

Technical skills and creative aptitude.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Excellent attention to details.
