MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS.
  • Assist with group consolidations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple entities.
  • Collaborate with auditors and support the year-end audit process.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting processes.
  • Provide analysis and insights to management to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and system implementations as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an audit firm, ideally within a Big 4 or mid-tier environment.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation principles.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems skills (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
